Summary-Anti-blocking master batch
YFN105PC is a kind of anti-blocking master batch for BOPP film. It can prevent film from bond in the process of storage. It can adjust the surface slippage and improve the anti-static performance of the film. It is easy for unpacking the roll and cut expediently. YFN105PC contains 5% SiO2, (particle size or diameter 4.5 microns) and the carrier is BOPP film-grade homopolymer polypropylene.
Applications
The SiO2 in YFN105PC is anti-blocking capacity of packing films. As the SiO2 is complexion balling, its rigidity is 3(the nature is 7). It can reduce the scraping of film surface and guarantee the light performance and appearance quality. It is suitable for the production of printing film, tape film and other types of BOPP films.
Addition rate suggestion
The addition rate is at 2%~5%. As the limit of production techniques, the level of PP, the thickness of films and production facilities requirement, the ideal addition rate can make the anti-blocking and light capacity both are excellent.
Compatibility
YFN105PC has good compatibility with PP.

Storage
This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem stored in the original packaging, but you should use this production immediately upon opening the bags The storage period is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25OC. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
